2010 Old Town Criterium

Start and Finish

The start / finish line will be in front of Blue Tractor on Union Street.

Race-side Viewing

Available along the streets of Old Town and there will be great viewing along the entire race route.

Kids Fun Ride

The Kids Fun Ride is a blast for both adults and children. The event starts at 3:15 pm and offers children a healthy way to have fun and promote cycling for future racers. Kids Fun Ride registration is free, kids must be registered by 2:00 pm on Saturday, August 28th.

Promoter reserves the right to adjust purse based upon number of racers registered.
Chief Ref can make adjustments to times and categories as needed.

Packet Pick-Up

Packet Pick-Up will be near the start/finish by the intersectoin of Union St. and 8th St. in the Old Town district of Traverse City.

 

Registration

Registration opens at 9:00 am on Saturday, August 28th. We encourage all racers to pre-register on-line, or by mailing in your registration (last page of this flyer). “Day-of” critierium registration will be allowed up until 2 HOURS before your race. Road Race Registration will be open until 4:30 pm on Saturday, August 28th. Please note, there will be no “Day-of“ registration for the Road Race.

 

Commuter Classic Relay

Get your commuter bike, bring it to the race and have a blast. 4 person relay, winner brings home a great prize. More info comming soon, check the web site! (Limited to 20 teams)

Turns Left on 7th Street (west)
Turns Left on Wadsworth Street (south)
Turns Left on 8th Street (on the brick cobbles) (east)
Turns Right on Pine Street (south)
Turns Right left on 9th Street (east)
Turns Left on to Union Street (north)
The last lap finishes on Union Street just north of 8th Street
